4. Product Information
We put real effort into keeping descriptions, images, and specifications accurate, and we display product colors and images as faithfully as we can. That said, we can't guarantee your screen shows colors accurately, and small differences in color, packaging, or appearance can occur because of display settings or production changes. Availability can change at any time without notice.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract only comes into existence once we've sent you an order-confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, if we suspect fraud, if a pricing or technical error has occurred, if an item is unavailable, or if we suspect the purchase is intended for resale. At our sole discretion we may also limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household, or per order — including orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we've already taken payment and then cancel, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Product prices can change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time and without warning. We aren't liable to you or to any third party for a price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payments are handled by certified third-party providers over a secure connection, and complete card numbers are never stored on our servers. 8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes and handling details are covered in our Shipping Policy. Your order stays our responsibility until it arrives at the address you supplied. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

10. Disputes
Before you open a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, please contact us at info@caldwellreed.com. We'll do our best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition.

We may revise these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version in force at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
